We have generally not differentiated our service between supervising Caltite, Sika, Pudlo, Xypex, our own chemicals from BASF or any other.

But, clearly, if you buy anyone else's chemical they make all the profit.

If you buy the chemicals from us then we make the profit and we reduce our supervision cost accordingly.

Chemicals from us subsidise site visit costs, because site supervision is really our business.

For every 25m³ of concrete waterproofed with our chemicals only, one day booked for supervision will be £200 not £400.

Terms:

All prices subject to VAT.

Site supervision needs to be booked and paid for in advance.

Chemicals can be ordered and you will be sent a proforma invoice.

This invoice needs to be paid in full before the chemicals will be despatched.

Booked and paid for supervision cannot be postponed or cancelled after 12 noon the day before. (Therefore a Monday visit can be postponed on the Saturday afternoon before whereas a Wednesday visit must not be postponed later than Tuesday morning - else a £100 fee for that day will be forfeit.)

Paid for supervision not used or booked will be refunded in full as soon as a refund is formally requested.

I would like you to order and pay for plenty of supervision as well as buy all your waterproofing additives from me because I want you to start from the mindset that you want the concrete to be waterproof and you do not want any penny pinching to ruin any chance of success.

Please remember. I have been creating fully waterproof structures from only the waterproof concrete and my supervision in some very difficult situations.

Your structure will be fully waterproof if you give me every chance to make it so. This is no pipe dream. But it can only come true if you allow it to, it cannot come true despite your interference or not paying for 100% of what is needed.

And the total of the net payments for chemicals and supervision is the value of your 12 year guarantee - just like all our competitors.
